Return Policy

We want you to be happy. Should you need to return an item for any reason, we will honor your request within 30 days of date of purchase.  We are not able to reimburse you for the original shipping charges unless the mistake is ours.  All returns must be in the original, un-used condition.  We will promptly replace the item or provide you with a refund upon receipt of your request.

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges Quoted are for the continental US only. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and beyond, you need to contact us before ordering for a shipping rate as there will be additional charges. If you place an order over $100 through our web site before contacting us, we will be contacting you to request additional shipping funds. You MUST have a street address for UPS to ship. We ship both USPS Priority Mail with confirmation and UPS.  Generally packages under 10 pounds will be shipped Priority Mail while heavier items will ship UPS.   Our current rates are as follows and are subject to change.
